Return Policy

• Returns accepted within 30 days of purchase
• Items must be unused and in original packaging
• Contact us first at mkohcollection@gmail.com to initiate a return
• We'll provide a prepaid return label for defective items

Exchanges

Want to exchange a product? Contact us within 30 days and we'll make it right. We want every mama bear to find the perfect products for their cub's curls.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive your return. You'll receive a confirmation email when your refund is processed.
